Testing Testing

Its been a while since I posted around here, I am going to try and make it a regular thing and update this place more often. Not like anyone reads it anyways.

Been plugging away on the net winning and losing, been doing OK lately nothing spectaluar by any means, but I feel like my game is getting better everyday. My work situation is just about clear and I think I am ready for what happens. Its been crazy for me since I started this blog, I'm really not a blogger but I think its cool to have somewhere to put something down and come back and look to see how you were feeli
I was at the local casino over the weekend and wanted to get a few good games of poker in but it was so busy I only got to play 2 games. They were hosting some major tournament and everyone was there trying to qualify. I played in a $ 150 SNG, 1st got a $1000 entry and 2nd and 3rd got $150 vouchers. I got crap hands all night but I managed to squeeze 3rd play and get a voucher, but when it was time to go play they said they were sold out and come back the next morning.

I go back the next morning and sign up for the tourney, get a good table, one guy suggests that everyone pitch in $100 so that 2nd place also gets a ticket, everyone but 2 at the table didn't want to dot it. I jumped at the chance, it was a no brainer since the line to sign up for another tourney was down the hall and the wait was 2 hours long.

I got QQ UTG and raised it up 5x the blind and got 1 call. Flop comes K A 7, I fire out a feeler bet and he comes OTP and I have to fold. The guy was so inconsitent I couldn't get a read on him. I couldn't catch anything and was out 5th. That really bummed me out, because I wouldn't have a chance to play again and with a family I can't get to the casino that often to play.

My game is really improving and I think I may be destined to be very succesful at this crazy game of NL poker. I am married with a 1 year old daughther. My wife is great, I love her to death she is the best thing that has ever happened to me and my baby girl is my everything. Nothing beats going home to that little bug running up to the door screaming: Daddy!!! Daddy!!

ok enough rambling.

I just played in 11k guar $26 DS tourney on FTP, I got shit cards the whole game but I managed to finish in 41st place out of 711 entries, good for a whopping $51.19, so i basically broke even for the day.

My bankroll currently stands at $110 which is down from $320 last week.
Its going to be a strange time around here in the next few months!





Haven't done any damage but some day you will see!!!!!!!!!!!!
